And the temps have been great so we've rediscovered the neighborhood playground, and the backyard sandbox, swing, and golf clubs. (Which, by the way, means four more golf balls and a golf club lost in the woods behind the fence. This large mama, however, is not about to hop the fence and scout for lost toys.)
Poor, frazzled, cage-shaken Freddie the Frog has also reappeared. Bless his heart - that is, what's still left of it. He's had a rough couple of days, let me tell you. Despite his harsh treatment (because, honestly, how gentle can a four year old and a two year old really be?), Grady Lee insists that he "wuvs Fweddie because he's my best fwend." (Plug your ears Micah, Grady doesn't mean it. I promise.)
And, when dinnertime rolls around, what do two, active, 100%-all-boys ask for for dinner? None other than worms... aka spaghetti.

I love that little frog house. I'll have to keep my eyes open for one. We rescued 2 frogs from the pool yesterday. The kids were so excited! I'm a homebody without even being pregnant. I love quiet weeks at the house.
