Here's something I made the other night that I thought I'd share. It's one of those "dump this and then dump that and then viola - dinner!"
I've made this dish several times, but each time it's a little different because, like I said, it involves dumping this and that. I don't have specifics, but here goes
1. Saute onion, broccoili, and garlic with butter.
2. When the vegetables are soft, but not mushy, add a bag of previously-thawed shrimp.
3. After the shrimp have sauteed for a few minutes, add a can of diced tomatoes and sprinkle in some basil.
4. Add some cooked pasta (spaghetti, penne, bowtie... I've used them all!) and some grated parmesan cheese.
There you have it - a healthy meal in just minutes. Nothing tricky to it. And, if there are left-overs, this warms up great. Now what about you: what "dump this and dump that" recipes do you have?
YUM!
