Here we are - another month older, another month cuter, and another month to be loved even more! I didn't think it was possible, but I guess it is.
Not only are you crawling everywhere, you've discovered that it's much more fun to pull up and stand. You are curious about everything - opening cabinets and pulling things out, reaching up to shelves and pulling things off, looking into boxes and pulling things out. Do you see the common word here? You like to pull everything! Busy all the time.
Your nine month well-visit showed you weighing 15 pounds 10 ounces (5%) and measuring 27.5 inches (50%). Still a lightweight - with clothes that don't fit your long and narrow body too well.
Your top two teeth are working hard to come through - I can feel them and I know they must bother you. Maybe once they fully come in you'll decide to start trying finger foods. Right now you clamp your lips closed and refuse to try anything that's solid in texture. Hopefully you'll figure out that a girl can't live on applesauce alone.
You've still got a smile that can melt any heart and turn any head. Sometimes running errands takes longer than I expect because we're stopped in the store several times by doting onlookers wanting to say hello to you. You eagerly greet them with a gummy smile and give girly coos and gurgles. Darlingdarlingdarling, if I do say so myself.
You're an excellent sleeper - still two good naps each day and in bed for the night by 7:30. If you're bunny lovie is dirty and not in bed with you, however, you refuse to sleep. Tears. Wailing. Tantrums. My goodness, I need to make it my mission to find another lovie for you - pronto!
Annalyse Joy, just for the record, you are loved! You are treasured. You are a sweetheart. And you are an important part of our growing family.
