More than a dream

Today is Thursday, which means my Mom has been here almost a full week. And, what a wonderful, helpful, restful week it has been!

She has made sure that:
- All floors have been mopped or vacuumed.
- All surfaces have been dusted.
- All bathrooms have been cleaned.
- All laundry has been washed/folded/put away.
- The pantry, fridge, and freezers have been stock-piled with groceries.
- Five meals and a couple loaves of bread are made and in the freezer for future use.

BUT, the best part? (Drum roll please.) My boys have gone to the park several times, played by the creek, made forts, read books, raced cars, done puzzles, and played soccer ALL with the help of Grandma... while I slept or read. This is the stuff dreams are made of!

In other news, yesterday's doctor appointment confirmed a due date for September 28. Everything looks good as of now and I am hoping to be a new person very soon since I now have nausea meds. I'm not joking when I say that my doctor/patient first visit went like this:

Dr.: "Hi Sarah! Good to see you again. Congrats on another baby! How are things going?"
Me: "Nice to see you too. Things will start going very good when you have a seat right there on that stool and write a prescription for some Zofran. Once that's in my possession, we can continue this appointment."

You might think I'm kidding or even slightly exaggerating, but I can assure you I am not.
